I’ve been working in the appliance repair industry for more than 25 years. I got my start as a teenager at Kissinger Appliance in West Bend, where I worked closely with the family and learned the fundamentals of quality appliance repair, honest service, and long-term customer relationships.
Over the years, I continued to build my experience across the industry, including serving as Director of Service for Grand Appliance, where I oversaw appliance service operations across multiple locations. That role reinforced the importance of clear communication, consistent standards, and doing the job right the first time — values that still guide how Prism Appliance Repair operates today.
When the Kissinger Appliance Port Washington location eventually closed, I had the opportunity to purchase the business phone number and bring on Nate Kissinger, a technician I had worked with for years, so customers in the region could continue receiving dependable, familiar service. That continuity remains an important part of how we serve the northern portion of our service area.
Today, Prism Appliance Repair is a small, dedicated team with over 40 years of combined experience. We operate with the same principles that shaped our early careers: accurate diagnostics, transparent pricing, and honest recommendations that put homeowners first.

In addition to myself, we have a full-time technician serving the northern portion of our service area, allowing us to maintain reliable scheduling and coverage without overextending. We also have a full-time office coordinator who ensures appointments, communication, and follow-ups run smoothly.
