Our service fee is $119+tax. This covers the diagnostic. In some rare cases like built in wall ovens or stacked laundry units there may be an additional fee.
Yes. We use a flat rate labor guide and this is why we give are able to give you an exact quote once the diagnostic is done. Your “labor” for the job is the difference between that flat rate and the service fee you already paid.
If you choose not to have the repair completed for any reason, you can take our paid invoice to one of our local retail partners to recieve $50 off the purchase of a new appliance. The purchase has to be made within 30 days of service and the purchase price of the appliance must be over $500.
Yes. All of our parts are OEM and come from an authorized distributor.
Yes. We give a 90 day guarantee on parts and labor.
